Football World Cup 2014 Brasil: Italy's coach Prandelli to resign

After Italy defeated by Uruguay Italy coach Cesare Prandelli said he is going to resign from his responsbility

He saw his side eliminating in the group stages for the second successive World Cup after the 1-0 loss by Uruguay.

Prandelli, 56, took over the Azzuri after the disastrous 2010 tournament and led them to the final of Euro 2012.
