New Delhi: Indian court has summoned Dhoni for hurting hindus
NEW DELHI: Tuesday, Indian court expressed an arrest warrant for Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni in a case of annoying religious opinions of Hindus.
The case was recorded against the Indian cricketer for supposedly "denigrating" Hindu god Vishnu and "hurting" the religious opinion of the Hindus by pretending an advertisement in a magazine.
The court has called Dhoni on 16th July.
Indian Media reported that Jia Kumar ( a social activist) filed the case and made a complaint against Dhoni because he had hurt many hindus
Dhoni has been called three times from the Court but every time he failed to appear. he is currently in England with his team mate so he can save bail
Many Hindus gave opinion that he should not have done that, he should concentrate on his game not on sentiments, Indian Media reported
