Pakistan's Cricket Board chairman Najam Sethi has been removed by the Government of Pakistan and retired supreme court judge Jamshed Ali Shah will take charge as chief for one month.
Pakistan's Legal advisor Irfan Ullah acknowledged that Jamshed will take charge for thity days during which he will also serve as election commissioner.
This decision has been taken by the Prime minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and it is third time in seven months that chairmanship has been changed.
At PCB headquarter Lahore, Jamshed told some reporters that he was informed by the government to take charge today, he also added "I will wait for the notification from the Supreme Court and then decide my responsibilities.
